The battery sorter is mainly used to support the sorting and matching process of cylindrical core.

On the basis of conventional capacity parameter sorting, accurate AC internal resistance measurement, open circuit voltage measurement and core sorting matching are carried out.

The equipment is composed of man-machine interface, core hopper feeding, automatic measurement of internal resistance of core voltage, automatic classification, feeding tank, etc. The highest score is 5.


Working principle of the equipment:

The device measures the voltage resistance of the battery through the voltage internal resistance tester.

The voltage resistance parameters of the four gears are set by the man-machine interface. The voltage internal resistance of the iron core is tested by PLC and judged according to the parameters. Get the battery level. The sorting drum is controlled by PLC to send the battery to the corresponding receiving gear.
