A: By all means, we warmly welcome your arrival, Before you take off from your country, please let us know. We will show you the way and arrange time to pick you up if possible.

Q: How to settle payment?

A: T/T, West Union, Bank transfer. 40% deposit and balance before shipment.

Q: Do you offer OEM service and can you produce as our drawings?
A: Yes. We offer OEM service. We accept custom design and we have a professional design team who can design products based on your requirements. And we can develop new products according to your samples or drawing

A: Normally if don't be too hurry, we ship it as by sea, bcs the diary notebooks are heavy with paper. Sure if too hurry for the event. We can ship as by air but expensive; We have some forwarder agent,we can introduce or help you ship as door to door
