ER3000-B to ER6000-B is a rotary series of fully automatic rotary egg tray pulp molding machine, the capacity is range from 3000pcs/hr to 6000pcs/hr.

By changing the molds, the machine can produce different kind of products, such as egg tray, egg carton, fruit tray and cup carrier in the real production.

Match with highly effective 6 layer dryer and utilize the recycled heat from dryer to dry products, which can reduce the deformation and save fuel cost.

 

 

 

 

 

1.The track or worker carries the raw material, such as waste paper, waste carton or used newspaper into the conveyor firstly;
2.Then the conveyor pours down the raw material into the hydrapulper mixing with certain water;
3.Then the mixed paper pulp will going into the pulp storage tank.
4.The pulp will flow into the second pond called adjust pond, in which the pulp keeps a consistency stably;
5.The pulp will be bumped into the forming machine. The fiber in the pulp will cover the wiremesh of the mold with the effect of the vacuum. So the wet products are shaped.
6.Finally the wet products will move into the drying line automatically. The products will get totally dry and then go into stacker and get packed.
